This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how BrandHub Pty. Ltd (ACN 627 778 143) (referred to in this document as “Brand Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”) protects the privacy of your personal information.
Brand Hub regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers.
We draw to your attention the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”), and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APP”) contained in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act, as amended from time to time.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to the collection, use, holding and disclosures of personal information provided about individuals to Brand Hub through the use of the website, www.brandhub.ai (“the website”), social media pages or other applications related to Brand Hub and any services and/or goods offered or provided by Brand Hub (“services”).

By continuing to use the website and/or services or when you purchase goods from Brand Hub, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read this Policy and acknowledge and consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing personal information supplied by you through your use of the website and/or our services, and retaining and/or using personal information provided by you subject to the terms of this Policy, the website, and any terms and conditions that apply to any goods or services we provide to you.

In the course of regular business activity and in order to use the website and/or our services, we will from time to time collect, require and otherwise deal with your personal information in order to provide the best service possible.
If you do not want any of your personal information collected, you can stop using our website or services at any time (subject to applicable contracts), however we may not be able to provide our services to you.
Brand Hub collects personal information from individuals in numerous ways, including when an individual:

Any personal information collected by Brand Hub is required in order to provide you with our goods and/or services.
Any personal information collected by Brand Hub will be used for the following purposes: for which it was given to Brand Hub, for secondary purposes which are related to those purposes, for purposes which you have otherwise consented to, or if applicable for any other purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act or this Policy.

Where applicable, we may handle or disclose personal information relying on applicable exemptions under the Privacy Act, including but not limited to, the related bodies corporate exemption and the employee exemption.

Please note that our website may contain links to other external website. These links are provided as a convenience to you. Brand Hub is not affiliated with these sites and accordingly has no control over – and is not responsible for – their content, activities, privacy practices or other policies. Links to external websites are not covered by this Policy.
The use of cookies by third parties is not covered by this Policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Third parties may use cookies to collect data about your visit to their websites and to tailor and deliver advertising messages to you.

9. Cookies
This website makes use of cookies – a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web server. Basically, it is your unique identification card for accessing this website. We use cookies to provide the sales and support functionality provided through the website as well as for analytical purposes (such as statistical evaluation of online marketing and referrals).
You may control, refuse and/or delete cookies on your computer as you wish, however you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit our website and some services and functionalities may not work.

13. GDPR
If you are a resident of the EU (or following Brexit, you are a resident of the UK and the UK has laws equivalent to the GDPR in effect) you have certain rights and protections under the GDPR (or the UK equivalent) regarding the processing of your personal data. This section sets out additional information in relation to the GDPR. Please note that references to the GDPR also includes references to any UK equivalent.
Where the GDPR applies, the meaning of “personal information” has the same meaning as “personal data” under the GDPR.

Withdrawing your consent (GDPR)

If you withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data, you may not have access to our services and we might not be able to provide you with our services. In some circumstances, where we have a legal basis to do so, we may continue to process your information after you have withdrawn consent. For example, if it is necessary to comply with an independent legal obligation or if it is necessary to do so to protect our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure.

If you wish to complain about our handling of your personal information, you can escalate your enquiry to Brand Hub in writing or by email address to our Privacy Officer using the details set out in section 14 above.
